Debra Goll - Perfili

Since making the transition nearly 30 years ago, she has earned her broker’s license and her Seniors Real Estate Specialist® (SRES®) certification, a designation for real estate agents who have had additional training in assisting seniors and their families with later-in-life housing transactions. With nearly 30 years of experience dedicated to real estate, Ms. Goll-Perfili brings a wealth of knowledge to her industry and, in particular, to her area of expertise: buying and selling new construction residential properties in the greater Detroit area of Michigan. When asked why she decided to pursue a career in real estate, Ms. Goll-Perfili said:
“I was working for a property management company and ended up assisting with a new construction project. I saw how quickly I could sell the properties, and the amount of money I made for them. A friend of mine worked for a large real estate company, so I thought, well, why not? If I’m making them money, I should make money.”
In addition to her wealth of experience, it is Ms. Goll-Perfili’s dedication to client satisfaction that sets her apart from her colleagues in real estate. She is a particularly great resource for clients who are planning to move to Macomb County, north of Detroit. The Helm & Associates website offers a “relocation package,” which provides clients with a personal tour of the region and a free evaluation of a new home in order to familiarize them with everything the surrounding area and communities have to offer.
As a thought leader in her field, Ms. Goll-Perfili has founded her boutique company on three core values: integrity, honesty, and service with professionalism. She explains:
“The client definitely comes first. We’re very confident in ourselves and aware of the fact that any given client is contracting us to do work for them. If a client is not happy, we will let them out of the contract. And most agents don’t offer that.”
Outside of her career in real estate, Ms. Goll-Perfili understands the importance of community involvement and supports a number of community-driven initiatives. Prominent among these is the Care House of Macomb County, which helps prevent and reduce child abuse through outreach and family-oriented activities.
